Introduction:

The non-combustibility tester is developed according to ISO 1182 and GB/T 5464 building materials non-combustibility test method. It is mainly used in the non-combustibility test method of building materials and is suitable for testing the combustion performance classification of Class A fireproof materials in the GB8624 combustion performance classification of building materials.The non-combustibility tester can be applied to composite products, and can also be used to test each component material of the product. The non-combustibility tester also complies to BS 476-4 & 11 and IMO FTP Part 1 standards, which are used in the UK Fire test for building materials, railway locomotive materials, and ship non-metallic products.

Feature

1. The non-combustibility tester adopts an automation design scheme, cooperate with the use of PID temperature controller and thyristor technology, and adjust the temperature of the furnace body and stabilize the temperature of the furnace body through reasonable switching between the temperature controller and the power controller;
2. The entire temperature balance mode is improved and optimized on the basis of the British FTT non-combustibility test furnace. It does not require manual intervention by the user. It can automatically switch from the PID temperature control mode to the power control mode, which not only controls the temperature reasonably, but also strictly meet the test standards;
3. Heat the radiant furnace to 750±5ºC through the resistance tape wound on the outer wall of the radiant tube, and test the sample. The resistance tape is made by Kanthal, Sweden, with longer service life;
4. In the non-combustible tester,three thermocouples are intalled in the furnace, the center of the sample and the surface of the sample. The thermocouples are American OMEGA brand and have a longer service life. The temperature of these three points is monitored separately, and the following indicators can be detected :The average temperature rise in the furnace, the average temperature rise of the sample surface, and the average temperature rise of the center of the sample;
5. The non-combustibility tester is equipped with a thermocouple in the furnace, which can calibrate the temperature in the furnace according to the test standard. The test device is equipped with a measuring tool that moves up and down to adjust the thermocouple in the furnace to the required height; at the same time in the computer software , Can calculate the average value of each point to get the standard temperature curve.
6. The non-combustibility tester is equipped with a 360-degree rotatable and liftable thermocouple scanning device, which can calibrate the furnace wall temperature, and is equipped with test software to detect whether the furnace wall temperature meets the standard requirements;
7. The stainless steel inverted cone air flow stabilizer and the cylindrical flow hood are all treated with Teflon to avoid the corrosion of the test flue gas;
8. The heating rate is controlled by the test software, and the temperature of the furnace body can be controlled in stages, so that the radiation furnace has a longer test life;
9. Data acquisition and analysis software software can automatically output test reports through a computer.
